Business Development Director

Moove is looking for a Business Development Director to drive new business development across large enterprise accounts. This is a hunter role, focused exclusively on identifying, approaching, developing, and winning new customers. The ideal professional will have a strong track record in B2B sales within the oil, lubricants, chemical, or industrial sectors, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers, conduct cold outreach, build new relationships, and convert prospects into profitable business. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach large target organizations and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities. Conduct proactive cold calls and outbound prospecting to establish new relationships. Develop and manage enterprise-level opportunities from initial approach through closing. Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting discipline. Develop value-based commercial solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Travel approximately 60% of the time to develop and close new business. Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in B2B sales/business development. Proven experience as a hunter, focused on acquiring new customers and opening large enterprise accounts. Experience in Oil & Gas, Lubricants, Chemicals, or B2B Industrial sectors. Strong experience with cold outreach, prospecting and relationship development. Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior-level decision-makers.
