Title: Senior Mechanical Project Engineer

Overview

Lead the design and delivery of complex industrial systems. This role blends hands-on engineering, project ownership, and team coordination across design, procurement, and installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own system design from concept through installation
• Create efficient solutions based on performance and space requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, controls, and field teams
• Manage timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables
• Lead design reviews and support installation efforts
• Mentor junior engineers and improve processes

Requirements

• Engineering background (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with complex system design in industrial environments
• Familiarity with CAD/design tools
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and occasional travel

MUST HAVE – material handling conveyor experience

Remote – East coast preferred, open to central

20% travel

Compensation: $90-135k+
