Description: Acloche is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience using hand and power tools, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components and equipment according to specifications and blueprints.
Read and interpret assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and work orders.
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
Perform adjustments, troubleshooting, and minor repairs as needed during the assembly process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or production environment.
