Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Claims Coordinator to join a growing team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer product complaints and manufacturing claims, ensuring timely investigation, processing, and resolution of claims while providing exceptional customer service.

The Commercial Claims Coordinator works closely with Sales, Customer Service, Quality, Product Management, Research & Development, Accounting, Logistics, and Technical Services to ensure customers receive accurate and timely communication throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial claims and customer complaints.
• Review, analyze, and process customer claims to determine eligibility for credits, replacements, returns, or allowances.
• Manage claims from initiation through final resolution and closure.
• Enter and maintain claim information within CRM systems.
• Process claim-related transactions and required documentation.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams to investigate and resolve claims.
• Gather and organize information needed to support claim decisions.
• Prepare and maintain claims reports and trend analyses.
• Monitor complaint trends and communicate findings to management.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure credits are properly processed.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding product issues and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records and open claims documentation.
• Build strong relationships with internal departments and external customers.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service Representative (CSR) roles.
• B2B customer service experience required.
• SAP experience required.
• Strong computer proficiency, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of SAP, CRM systems, and business reporting tools.
• 1 year of related experience
