What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding performance in service, quality, cleanliness, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high performing management team and restaurant staff.
• Drive sales while effectively managing labor, food costs, inventory, and operating expenses.
• Analyze financial reports and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent while developing future leaders within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining a fast paced, high energy operation.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of successful experience as a General Manager.
• Background in quick service, fast casual, high volume restaurants, or convenience store food operations.
• Strong tenure with a stable work history.
• Demonstrated ownership of restaurant P&L with the ability to discuss key financial metrics and business performance.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, staffing, inventory, and profitability.
• Proven success developing and promoting team members into leadership roles.
• Hands on leadership style with an ownership mentality.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to drive measurable operational improvements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in long term growth opportunities.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
• Candidates who live in or near the Bloomington, IL market are strongly preferred.
