Business Developer (NC/VA territory)

Salary - 80K+ DOE

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence across North Carolina and Virginia. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop tailored solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. This includes generating leads, conducting market research, networking, and establishing relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through networking , cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging business contacts.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, strengthening our brand presence and reputation in the market.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies and ensure a seamless workflow across departments.
• Reporting: Track and report on business developments, sales pipeline, and KPIs to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a new office setting.
• High level of professionalism and a customer-first mentality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel as required for business meetings and events.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience working in the industry or a related sector.
