Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for two pharmacists to support a specialty pharmacy location in Bemidji, MN. This contract position spans 13+ weeks and offers a consistent weekday schedule with occasional weekend hours.
Location: Bemidji, MN
Setting: Specialty Pharmacy
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Occasional weekends required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Long Term Care pharmacist duties
- Ensure accurate dispensing and medication management
- Participate in patient care activities including immunizations and medication therapy management
Qualifications:
- PharmD degree preferred
- Immunization certification required
- CPR certification desired
- Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus
- Experience in retail pharmacy and long-term care setting beneficial
