We're looking for a Specialty Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team of driven, service-first professionals. This isn’t just another sales job. Applicants must provide past performance stats (closing rates, revenue generated, rankings, or quotas hit). What You’ll Do Run warm, pre-qualified appointments generated by our in-house team Perform detailed termite inspections for residential and commercial properties Diagnose issues including termite activity, conducive conditions, and structural damage Educate homeowners on prevention, treatment options, and long-term protection Build tailored proposals and clearly present your findings and solutions Use property diagrams to map out proposed treatments Convert inspections into closed sales with a consultative, trustworthy approach Actively follow up with leads, referrals, and prior inspections Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets Stay sharp with ongoing training and industry certifications What You Bring 1+ years of experience in pest control and/or sales Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting performance goals Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record High moral character and customer-first mindset Excellent communication and consultative sales skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors Must pass a background check and drug screening Why Join Alder Pest Control At Alder, we foster an environment where your contributions matter, growth is encouraged, and exceptional service is the standard.
