This role sits at the intersection of financial management, data analysis, and cross-functional influence, partnering closely with commercial development, retail and finance teams to ensure our points of sale are optimally staffed to deliver business results. Reporting directly to the Senior Group Director of Performance Excellence, this position requires a high degree of independence, financial acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.What impact you can create at CHANEL:In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of CHANEL’s F&B retail staffing strategy. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position.
