Supply Planning Analyst

A large medical device client of ours is seeking a contract Supply Planning Analyst/Coordinator to support a suture product line by managing relationships with external suppliers and partnering with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics. This individual will lead weekly and monthly supply planning meetings with suppliers in the U.S. and Mexico, monitor product availability, and proactively address supply risks to ensure continuity of supply. The role will work closely with quality teams to resolve supplier-related issues, collaborate with transportation partners to support timely material movement, and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet business objectives. Additionally, the coordinator will support supply chain projects, including data transfer activities associated with a system upgrade, participate in validation efforts to ensure data integrity and compliance, and track project risks, action items, and stakeholder communications to drive successful operational execution within a regulated environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of supply planning experience
- 2+ years of working with external suppliers/vendors
- SAP experience
- Strong Excel experience


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- s4Hana experience
- Experience within medical device or pharma/biopharma -----Experience with external operations
