Nuclear Medical Technologist

Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs those duties involved with a variety of technical procedures and administration of radiopharmaceuticals for the purpose of detecting/treating pathology. This technologist operates all equipment utilized within the department and organizes images and provides complete documentation for interpretation by the radiologist. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with staff, physicians, other departments and the Medical Staff. Assists with all regulatory documentation and procedures to meet regulatory requirements. Minimum Qualifications Professional & Technical Skills Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists receiving advanced training in Nuclear Medicine Technology. Education Graduate of accredited school of nuclear medicine or equivalency or advanced education in nuclear medicine technology. License(s) or Certification(s) Certified by NMTCB or ARRT. Licensed with the Indiana State Department of Health. Other Skills or Requirements Prefer experience in Nuclear Medicine.
