Community Sales Multi Media Account Executive

The Gazette is seeking a dynamic Multi Media Account Executive (MMAE) to lead our sales in the classified space and other community-focused advertising efforts and drive revenue growth.

The Gazette is seeking a Community Account Executive to consultatively sell advertising offering clients print and digital advertising. This position has a focus on commercial classified revenue and other community-based accounts and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Meeting with clients and prospects to maintain strong client relationships and actively pursue new business for year over year growth
• Developing and presenting marketing solutions designed to solve customer needs from the portfolio of Gazette offerings and deliver sales presentations
• Consulting on options for effective ad design, insertion, and providing suggestions for ad improvements
• Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Delivering quality orders to the support teams and providing all necessary information to ensure smooth running of advertising
• Obtaining credit applications or prepayments for advertising as necessary
• Participating in trainings to maintain product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications include:

• Two years sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team environment
• Results orientated, accountable, strong work ethic, team player
• Good time management skills
