Lien Perfection Associate

As a Lien Perfection Associate for John Deere Financial located in Johnston, IA , you will be responsible for: Securing JDF interest in installment, lease, and wholesale financed equipment by timely filing of UCC financing statements, amendments, continuations, and at conclusion, terminations. Initiating lien searches as needed or requested, analyze or provide results, determine appropriate action to maintain first priority lien and provide appropriate notifications. Research and process internal and external requests relating to our security interest position, subordinations, releases, and titles or MCO's. Review and evaluate internal reporting, complete changes required to maintain perfection of security interest according to RA9 law. What Makes You Stand Out 1 or more years of experience working in the finance industry. 1 or more years of experience working handling incoming/outbound phone calls from external customers and/or dealers. 1 or more years of experience utilizing negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
