ChristianaCare is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist II for our Outpatient Behavioral Health practice in Elkton, MD. In this role, you will provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy for diverse adult and adolescent populations with behavioral health and co-occurring conditions. Responsibilities include diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, care coordination, and documentation in the EHR. You’ll collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care and community partners, and participate in team meetings and case conferences.
