Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Structured Finance Of Counsel to join its finance group in Short Hills, NJ. The role focuses on commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions. Candidates with relevant experience are preferred but not required. Duties Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals. Produce timely and accurate work products. Requirements 5-9 years of structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO experience. Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
