Operating Room - Surgical Technologist

Experience:

• 24 months of experience worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health and no current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Banner Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Experience in multiple scrub specialties.

Required Credentials: - Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI. - No hits on state license to practice.

Special Requests: - No travel pairs or trios. - Must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. - No RTO during the first week of assignment.

Shift & Scheduling: - Varied start times 0645-1615 or 0930-1930. - Rotating on-call shifts: 1 overnight per week and 1 weekend (Friday night - Monday morning) every 5 weeks. - RTO cannot exceed 7 days.

Floating Requirements: - Must be willing to float to similar units or sister sites, if any.

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

2 references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission
