Job Summary As a Grade Foreman at Covenant Constructors LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the grading and excavation phase, collaborating with project managers, and leading a skilled team to achieve project milestones efficiently and safely. Department: Field Salary: Based on Experience Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of equipment operators, laborers, and subcontractors during the grading and excavation phase. Interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to accurately execute the grading and excavation activities. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or deviations from plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in construction-related fields is a plus. Proven experience as a Grade Foreman or similar role in construction projects. In-depth knowledge of grading, excavation techniques, and earthmoving equipment operation. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Problem‑solving mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Proficient computer skills to manage project documentation and communication.
