Position Overview The Rasman Walker Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on helping individuals and families protect what matters most by offering personalized insurance solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and earning income based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through referrals, community relationships, and outreach
- Quote and sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and policy support
- Participate in marketing initiatives and community events
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
30,000-40,000/plus unlimited commission potential.
