• Be the first friendly smile guests see-greet, welcome, and seat them with genuine hospitality
• Manage guest flow to ensure seamless seating and well-balanced sections for our service team
• Handle phone calls, reservations, and special requests with professionalism
• Take togo orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Jump in to assist with table settings and dining room upkeep during busy times
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed
