Overview:
Our practice in Bullhead City is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide follow-up care, lab review, and clinical assessments for sleep and neurology patients. New graduates and experienced PAs are both encouraged to apply.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Competitive salary: $150,000 $170,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-up visits for patients with sleep and neurological conditions
• Review lab results to inform ongoing treatment plans
• Review diagnostic testing related to sleep and neuro patient care
• Perform clinical assessments for sleep disorders
• Perform clinical assessments for neurological conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed based on follow-up findings

Qualifications:

• Active and clean Physician Assistant licensure
• Active or obtainable DEA registration in Arizona (preferred)
• Prior experience in neurology or other specialty outpatient practice, with familiarity with common neurological testing protocols
• Experience with EMR systems in a high-volume clinical environment, including chronic disease management and long-term follow-up
• Exposure to quality improvement or clinical workflow optimization projects
