How You’ll Work Schedule : Monday–Friday (4:00 AM – 12:30 PM) or (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM). Compensation : $22.00-$24.00 per hour estimated. About the Role As the Lead Warehouse Coordinator, you will support the Warehouse Manager and provide essential coverage during peak afternoon hours. You’ll guide team members and contractor personnel, ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, organized, and free of damage. This role involves hands‑on physical work and requires strong attention to detail. It’s an excellent opportunity for a warehouse or final‑mile experienced individual ready to lead by example. What You’ll Do Support the Warehouse Manager and provide leadership coverage in the afternoons. Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage‑free delivery. Train and guide teammates and oversee contractor personnel in the warehouse. Process, package, and ship orders accurately. Maintain inventory accuracy and stock organization. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and completeness. Keep warehouse space clean, safe, and organized. Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations. Prior exposure to final mile or appliance installation logistics is a plus. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Warehouse operations experience (shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution). Ability to perform heavy labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to move appliances using appliance dollies/hand trucks. Preferred Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
