The Demand Generation Programs Manager will create a fully integrated marketing plan that targets customers and prospects in all phases of their buying cycle and is responsible for all aspects of lead generation including webinars, email communications, direct mail, and ABX (account-based experience). Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand program plan & budget. Leverage tools to accurately measure and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Manage and accurately forecast the marketing programs budget. Help to build and execute an account-based experience plan. Utilize repeatable processes for program development and follow-up; provide effective and timely communications with business development reps and sales teams as appropriate. Build a positive, cooperative relationship with the Portfolio Marketing, Field Marketing, Operations, Creative, and Web organizations. Leverage partnerships and relationships across the company and with external vendors to maximize program budget and ROI. Qualifications: 5 - 8 years B2B software lead generation experience preferred 2+ years of Data Analysis experience with ability to influence with data and understand how to measure performance against KPI’s BA/BS; MBA degree is a plus Proven experience with lead/demand generation Excellent written communication skills an absolute must Proven track record of establishing and achieving measurable goals in a highly automated marketing environment Must have strong metrics orientation Strong understanding of positioning principles and methodology Experience using systems such as Salesforce and Eloqua a plus Operates with integrity without compromise Outstanding attention to detail; must be highly organized Strong leadership, influence and interpersonal skills required Where we’re going UKG is on the cusp of something truly special. The pay range for this position is $78,800 to $113,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
