Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with peritoneal dialysis experience to join our Renal Medicine team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals undergoing peritoneal dialysis treatments in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer peritoneal dialysis treatments and monitor patient responses.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Ensure accurate documentation and use of EMR (Cerner).
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and self-care techniques.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in peritoneal dialysis is required.
• Preferred: BSN and Certified Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse.
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR is desirable.
