Your Responsibilities

Identify prospective healthcare candidates utilizing our exclusive platform combined with your personal network

Engage potential candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest

Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screenings

Follow up with interested leads to help them engage with the hiring process

Maintain correct and current records in our applicant tracking system

Earn commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your leads

Your Compensation

This is a performance-driven, commission-only position. There's no upper limit to your earning potential and no cap on your success.
