The Type of Medication Technician We're Looking For Current Caregiver Certification Ability to complete required training Strong communication skills Physical mobility, including lifting, transferring, standing, walking Possessing These Traits Would Also Be Ideal Patience Empathy Deep appreciation for working with seniors - especially those navigating dementia What It's Like To Be Our Medication Technician As our Medication Technician, you'll operate at the heart of resident care, supporting wellness, safety, and comfort.
