Fairfield Inn & Suites Parsippany by Marriott is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure smooth front desk operations, and create a welcoming experience for all guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and hospitality
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with reservations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
