Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch
• Patient population includes a mix of pre-op and post-op orthopedic cases
• 45-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits
• Full gym on site
• WebPT EMR and laptop provided for documentation
• Works alongside 4 other PTs, and each patient has a dedicated aide
