Diesel Technician – Consolidated Truck Parts & Service

What You'll Do:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on trucks and equipment.
• Communicate with Service Advisors and Managers to ensure accurate work order updates.
• Complete 40-point inspections and thorough documentation.
• Stay current on industry trends and continue improving your skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Practical experience with truck/tractor/trailer maintenance required
• High school diploma or equivalent required - vocational/technical or certification preferred
• Specialized training and experience in the diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials), OEM training courses, ASE Certification, and 608/609 certifications preferred
• A valid driver's license is required
• Current CDL license with air brake certification preferred, ability to obtain CDL required
• Ability to lift, push, pull, carry and handle heavy machinery (up to 100 lbs), truck components and tools as needed for day to day operations.
