Role Overview

Join our team as a Marketing Coordinator and drive our direct-to-homeowner outreach. Working directly with the company owners, you will be the face of our business, connecting with local homeowners who need roof replacements. This is an active, field-based role that requires daily local travel and door-to-door engagement.

This is a 100% commission-only position built for self-motivated individuals who want unlimited earning potential. We offer an aggressive, fast-track promotion path to a Closer role for top field performers. Furthermore, if you already have prior roofing sales experience , you can bypass the canvassing phase and transition directly into a Closer position.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through targeted door-to-door neighborhood canvassing.
• Engage homeowners directly to educate them on roof replacement options and insurance solutions.
• Map and schedule daily field routes for maximum efficiency and territory coverage.
• Track field expenses and manage your local marketing budget.
• Report performance metrics and pipeline updates directly to the owners.
• Coordinate inspection schedules between interested homeowners and our roofing team.
• Hit weekly outreach targets to ensure consistent campaign growth.
• Pivot strategies quickly based on neighborhood demographics and weather challenges.
• Travel daily to designated local neighborhoods and project sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior roofing sales experience (preferred for immediate placement into a Closer role).
• Entry-level experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or field sales.
• Strong verbal communication and the ability to build quick rapport with strangers.
• Resilience and problem-solving skills to handle rejection positively.
• Self-motivated drive to work independently out in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel.
