Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information about students’ mental health issues, strengths, and community resources.

  • Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

  • Collaborate closely with educational staff, psychiatrists, and psychologists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.

  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups focused on building resilience and coping strategies.

  • Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to manage acute psychological issues effectively.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other ethical standards, ensuring timely updates on the clients' progress and therapeutic interventions.

In this role, you will be working primarily with school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral problems. Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
