AI Native Engineer

The Role: As an AI Native Product Engineer & Orchestrator, you will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and AI. You will help design and deliver agent-based systems that operate reliably at enterprise scale, while working closely with stakeholders to shape both the technical and business direction of solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will build, design, and orchestrate AI-native products while also guiding clients through complex decisions around architecture, workflows, and adoption. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and orchestrating AI-native workflows and agent-based systems Building enterprise-grade AI agents, including orchestration, routing and evaluation frameworks Developing abstraction layers across multiple AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Creating scalable cloud-native applications using microservices, containers, and serverless architectures Leading workshops, proofs of concept and client-facing solution design sessions Translating business requirements into technical architectures and product roadmaps Measuring and improving system performance, including accuracy, latency, and cost What They’re Looking For 3 to 5 years of experience in cloud-native engineering (APIs, microservices, containers, serverless) Strong experience building and deploying AI or agent-based systems in production Hands‑on experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, or Vertex AI Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C#, or similar technologies Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code and production deploymentsStrong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders A product mindset, combining technical delivery with user‑focused thinking Nice to Have Experience as a Product Engineer, Solutions Architect, or AI Engineer in enterprise environments Knowledge of advanced AI architectures such as multi‑agent systems or orchestration frameworks Experience across multiple industries such as finance, healthcare or retail Exposure to innovation environments such as startups, hackathons or product incubation What’s on Offer Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-native product development High‑impact, client‑facing work shaping real‑world AI solutions Access to cutting‑edge tools, platforms, and learning opportunities Strong career progression within an innovation-driven organisation Collaborative, fast‑paced, and creative working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
