Join our team at Mr Naturalz, LLC, a busy contemporary Natural hair salon in Renton, WA, that caters to kinky, coily, and curly hair! We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon, ensure excellent customer service, and manage our team of talented stylists. If you are a dynamic leader who is passionate about the beauty industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer service

- Create a positive and uplifting work environment for staff and clients

- Assist stylists with client services as needed

- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and salon maintenance

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

- Stay current on industry trends and techniques

- Create and maintain sales goals for team members

- Oversee social media analytics and make creative adjustments

Requirements:

- 1+ years of management experience

- Cosmetology or Natural Hair license is a plus

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs

- Knowledge of hair care products and services is a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Self-motivated and engaging personality
