Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and dedicated Licensed Dietitian to join our nutrition team! As a Licensed Dietitian, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized nutrition plans for our patients and residents. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on patient-centered care.
