Location: Troy, MI Experience Level: 3+ years Focus Areas: Inside Sales | Customer Service | Logistics Salary range: $65,000 – $85,000 per year What you bring: Education A commercial qualification or degree in business, logistics or a related field. Experience 3+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, logistics coordination or sales support Experience in a B2B, product-based or hardware environment strongly preferred Skills Confidence working with ERP systems and digital business processes. A structured and reliable approach with strong attention to detail. The ability to stay organized and keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. A proactive personality who enjoys taking ownership and working across different areas of the business. Experience with international logistics, customs procedures or import/export operations would be an advantage. Knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting processes would be a welcome addition, but is not required. Key Responsibilities We are seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Specialist to take care of our inside sales activities and logistics. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you will play a key part in keeping our day-to-day business running smoothly.
