Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients, ensuring a high level of safety and quality.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments and care interventions.
• Maintain proficiency in required technical skills such as central line dressing changes and Foley catheter insertion.
• Ensure compliance with sterile procedures and infection control practices.
• Participate in required training and assessments, including SIMs Lab and competency checks.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with willingness to wait for processing.
• Minimum of 3 years of NICU experience, including Level 4.
• BLS and NRP certifications required; Cardiac STABLE certification preferred.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Capability to pass SIMs Lab requirements, including sterile field maintenance.
• Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts and fulfill weekend and holiday requirements.
