Apply today! About the Role The CRC will play a key role in the coordination and execution of clinical trials, ensuring high-quality data collection, participant safety, and protocol compliance. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong clinical skills who is eager to grow in clinical research or break into the clinical research industry. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage assigned clinical research studies from start-up through closeout Perform protocol-required clinical procedures including: Phlebotomy (blood draws), Specimen collection and processing, Vital signs and clinical assessments, Injections (preferred but not required) Support participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment Conduct informed consent discussions under PI oversight Ensure accurate and timely documentation in source documents and study systems Maintain compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements Collaborate closely with investigators, study staff, and sponsors Monitor participant safety and elevate adverse events appropriately Support both adult and pediatric study populations Qualifications Clinical background required (Medical Assistant or Clinical Research experience preferred) Strong phlebotomy and specimen collection skills required Injection experience is a strong plus Prior clinical research experience preferred but not required (training can be provided) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Highly self‑motivated and organized Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑study environment Experience with pediatric patients is a plus Further Details Full‑time: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) On‑site role only (no travel required) 6 months contract assignment with possibility for conversion based on performance and business needs.
