Insurance Customer Service Specialist

AAA Northeast

AAA Northeast in Providence, RI, is seeking an Insurance Retention Agent to identify at-risk policyholders and retain coverage. You will reach out for discounts, offer policy rewrites, and cross-sell solutions while providing inbound and outbound support. The role requires promoting AAA Membership and maintaining CRM records.
