Staff Tax Accountant OpportunityA well-respected CPA in the area is looking to add a Staff Tax Accountant to join their team and be part of their family-oriented culture. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are motivated, detail-oriented, and have expertise in full-charge bookkeeping, Quickbooks, Microsoft Suite (especially Excel), and CCH prosystems FX.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Review and analysis of client general ledger data and financial informationQuickBooks data entry, reconciliation, adjustments, and financial statementsPayroll processing and preparation of applicable forms and reportsMonthly, Quarterly, and annual tax deposits and compliance reportingIncome Tax Prep for Individuals, partnerships, and corporationsWork one-on-one with clients while providing tax and accounting supportAssist with other projects as neededEssential job functions:Ensure accurate and timely tax returns to clientsMaintain a current knowledge of tax lawsContribute to team efforts by accomplishing related resultsTax preparation and full-charge bookkeeping related to client needsSkills:Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organization and project management skillsExpertise in full-charge bookkeeping and or accounting softwareAttention to detail, responsible, motivated, strong work ethic, and ability to multitaskCPA or CPA candidateThis is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to join a CPA firm with an amazing, family oriented culture and a leader that supports and cares for their employees.
