Clinical DirectorEssential Duties and Responsibilities: The Adult Skills Center (TASC) provides innovative and proactive services that empower individuals with diverse intellectual, developmental, and mental health needs to achieve their highest level of Independence and realize their greatest potential. The Clinical Director oversees all clinical operations and clinical staff and reports to the Deputy Executive Director and the President & CEO. Primary responsibilities include the initiation, development, maintenance, evaluation, and modification of all clinical programs of the organization. The Clinical Director also manages and supervises the clinical functions, policies and procedures, relevant staff, and delegated activities of the organization.Primary Duties:Program ManagementClient EngagementTASC LeadershipOther DutiesQualifications:Master's preferred in Applied Behavior Analysis, special education, psychology, child development or related field and/or three years of experience in a human service delivery system, including at least one year in a comparable program; Bachelor's degree with experience considered. LMFT, BCBA, LCSW and other comparable licensure preferred. Possess and maintain a valid, active license/certification as applicable. Maintain valid First Aid/CPR certification. Prior experience with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Experience in design and implementation of individualized service plans for clients. Experience navigating the regional center system and has an understanding of the authorization process.Physical Requirements:Must have current California Driver's license/Insurance and clean DMV driving record. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able to carry out job responsibilities with reasonable accommodations. Completion of Professional Crisis Management Instructor Certification (provided by TASC) is required and must be maintained for this position.
