Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with strong Scrum experience to lead and drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should bring a solid background in Agile methodologies, cross-functional team leadership, and stakeholder communication. This role demands hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects with a strong understanding of the customer journey in the hospitality/cruise sector. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within scope while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery using Scrum/Agile methodologies
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plans
Track and report project performance, ensuring transparency at all levels
Ensure alignment with hospitality/cruise business objectives and timelines
Manage multiple projects in parallel and ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes

Required Skills

Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in a Project Manager role
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
Experience working in global teams and managing offshore/onshore coordination
