Two Sundays Off per monthPaid vacationGrowth opportunities for career advancementEmployee vehicle purchase plansThe RoleAs a Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the financial transition from vehicle selection to final delivery.You will work closely with our Sales Managers and Sales Professionals to structure transactions, secure competitive financing, present protection products, ensure complete and compliant documentation, and create a smooth path to delivery.Our expectation is simple: strong production, strong compliance, and a client experience worthy of a luxury retailer.Key Responsibilities- Structure retail and lease transactions- Present financing, leasing, vehicle protection products, and ownership option- Maintain strong product penetration and F&I profitability- Submit and secure approvals- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, captive lenders, and other financial institutions- Review deal structure and identify opportunities to improve approvals, terms, and profitability- Ensure all contracts, disclosures, title documents, lender requirements, and supporting paperwork are accurate and complete- Maintain strict adherence to federal, state, lender, manufacturer, and dealership compliance requirements- Minimize contracts-in-transit and funding delay- Work closely with Sales Management to overcome financing challenges and create solutions that help complete transactions- Protect the dealership from unnecessary financial, regulatory, and documentation risk- Maintain the discretion, professionalism, appearance, and communication standards expected in a luxury automotive environmentWhat We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate has demonstrated success in automotive F&I and understands how to produce without creating unnecessary friction in the transaction.You should be comfortable working with prime and non-prime credit, leases, complex deal structures, lender negotiations, and high-value transactions.More importantly, you should know how to read the client in front of you.We are looking for someone who can explain financial options clearly, establish credibility quickly, ask for the business confidently, and recognize that a great F&I experience should increase the client's confidence in their purchase-not diminish it.Qualifications- Prior automotive Finance Manager/F&I experience required- Proven record of F&I production and product penetration- Strong knowledge of automotive lending and leasing- Working knowledge of applicable F&I compliance requirements- Strong lender relationships and approval-management skills- Excellent organizational and documentation habits- Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication and presentation skills- High level of personal accountability and integrity- Luxury automotive experience is preferred but not required- Experience with Genesis, Hyundai, or captive manufacturer financing is a plusOur Finance PhilosophyAt Genesis of Manchester, the Finance Department should never feel disconnected from the experience that brought the client to the vehicle.
