Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Salary Range: $43.35-$47.63 per hour (with some flexibility) Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation Key Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' strength, range of motion, and function Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and proper body mechanics Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Stay current with the latest developments and advancements in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC
