Technical Product Owner

Location: Remote Duration: 6 Month Contract

Position Description:

This resource will work on a project called Interproject – a Consumer Engagement Platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products, from product definition and planning through production, release and end-of-life.
• Responsible for management of the full product lifecycle with a technical focus, including the strategy, design, development, management and end-of-life of new, existing or acquired products.
• Leverages market insights and emerging technology developments and trends to understand market/customer needs, as well as identify new opportunities or make adjustments to current product offerings.
• Balances deep subject matter expertise with knowledge of business use cases and strong technical aptitude.
• Accountable for delivering product performance in alignment with expectations, and updates changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position and produce optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs.
• Accountable to and/or owns the P&L, and is responsible for cross-functional stakeholder management, to include (but not limited to) design, engineering, scrum teams, business leaders, etc., functioning as technical expert with a fluency in development concepts and modern development practices.
• Positions in this function require a background or degree in computer science or engineering.

Required Skills:

• Technical background, Should have 6-8 years of Software development experience using Java and the Spring Framework including Springboot, Kafka using any RDBMS or any DB. Preferably Azure SQL
• Experience is Scrum and Agile development methodologies 6-8 Years
• Experience in working as Product owner 6-8 years
• Experience in software development and maintenance of product 10-12 years
• Excellent communication skill
