Our client is an established automotive supplier focused on developing and delivering innovative products and solutions to leading automotive manufacturers. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager - Auto OEMs to manage key customer relationships, drive new business development, and expand existing accounts. This role combines commercial ownership, technical customer engagement, and cross-functional coordination to identify opportunities and secure profitable new business.

Responsibilities
The Senior Account Manager will lead customer relationships and drive new business opportunities while supporting profitable account growth:
- Manage automotive OEM relationships and expand existing accounts
- Identify and pursue new business and program opportunities
- Coordinate customer quotations, product costing, and internal resources
- Negotiate commercial agreements to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers
- Present product concepts and opportunities to customer engineering, design, and purchasing teams
- Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate resolution of commercial issues
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of automotive OEM account management or sales management experience
- Proven success driving new business development changes
- Tier 1 automotive supplier & automotive exterior components experience (preferred)
