Qualifications Three (3) years minimum administrative/clerical experience required Experience in a Purchasing environment is preferable Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook Intermediate level or above Excel skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects Strong organizational and analytical skills Typical Day Pricing Services Support: Engage with suppliers to obtain and validate price files, obtain return policies, terms and conditions, and maintain price adjustment notifications. Maintain and update databases. Communicate and maintain Department Inboxes. Prepare reports as required. Other duties as required. 80% – 90% sitting.
