Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Perform routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures to produce quality diagnostic images

• Work independently with sound clinical judgment to execute safe and precise procedures

• Experience required with CTA, calcium scores, and structural CTs

• Possible weekend shifts as needed

• Patient ratios: 2 patients during days, 1 patient on weekends

• Daily census of 17 patients with approximately 100 visits per day

• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations

• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience required

• Epic charting system experience preferred

• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT(R) or (CT), CA Radiation license, CA fluoroscopy license

• Must be proficient in coronary CTA, CT arthrography, heart imaging, vascular imaging, contrast media administration, and venipuncture

• Available for lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing

• Complete non-billable orientation modules averaging 1-5 hours

• Provide competent patient assessment and effective communication with patients and families
