Hospice RN Case Manager: Compassionate Care Leader

Allelon Hospice & Palliative

Allelon Hospice & Palliative is seeking an experienced nurse in Pueblo, Colorado, to evaluate and admit qualifying patients as per Medicare eligibility. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, effective communication with patients and families, and meticulous documentation of patient status. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and preferred to have 1 year of nursing experience.
