You enjoy being part of a kitchen team where everyone pulls together during a rush.If you're looking for a role where you can sharpen your kitchen skills and grow with a multi-state restaurant group, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoPrepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health department regulations and company policies.Follow proper food handling, labeling, storage, and rotation procedures using FIFO practices.Support efficient kitchen operations by coordinating with fellow BOH team members during peak service periods.Assist with food preparation, restocking, and daily opening and closing duties as assigned.Communicate clearly and professionally with BOH and FOH team members to keep service running smoothly.Monitor food quality and immediately report issues or shortages to kitchen leadership.Follow all safety standards, including knife safety, equipment use, and proper sanitation practices.Maintain a positive, team-first attitude and contribute to a respectful, collaborative kitchen culture.Uphold Trapper's Sushi's TRAPCHK core values: Teamwork, Respect, Accountability, Passion, Communication, Honesty, and Kindness.Perform other related duties and support business needs as assigned.What's In It for YouCompensation: $20.00/hr. + TipsMedical insurance: coverage begins the first of the month following two consecutive months of full-time employment.
