Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Los Angeles, California.

• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

Unit Description:
• Number of beds: 13 labor beds, 3 OR suites (5 total), 6 bed triage, 4 bed recovery, 4 bed PACU
• Ratios: 1:2, 1:3 antepartum
• Nursing support: Surg techs for surgeries and LVNs
• Common diagnoses: Laboring, hypertensive disorders, diabetes, complications by fetal abnormalities, high risk pregnancies
• Specialty equipment: Blood warmers, rapid infusers, bear huggers
• Float requirements: Can float but not mandatory to M&B

Candidate Profile:
• Savvy newborn care postpartum needed - must have strong immediate care after delivery!
• Resilience
• Be familiar with maternal/fetal triage index
• 4-5 years of experience ideally
• Travel experience preferred but not required

• RTO: 7 days or less
