CNC Production Supervisor
J and M Machine Products
Job Description Job Description The CNC Production Supervisor will oversee a large team of 16 or more employees, managing operations primarily involving milling machines and lathes. The role focuses on balancing production output with quality standards while ensuring efficient workflow, continuous process improvements, and effective communication within the team. Overtime and extended shifts are rarely expected in this position. Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a large CNC production team to meet daily operational goals
Maintain quality control standards throughout machining processes
Manage production schedules to balance output and product quality
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Prepare and deliver performance and production reports
Train and develop team members on equipment operation and safety protocols Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in CNC production supervision
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing principles
Proven team leadership and problem-solving skills
Effective communication abilities
